We’re excited to invite our students to participate in National Walk and Roll to School day on Wednesday, October 9th.
The village of Schaumburg is collaborating with our school to educate the community on the environmental, health, and congestion-easing benefits from bicycling and walking to school. The focus is to encourage students to identify a safe biking or walking route to school and promote participation that will sustain healthy habits beyond this biannual event. Bicycling and walking to school offer many health and environmental benefits for children, improves pedestrian safety, and helps to reduce traffic and congestion. If participation is a possibility for you and your family, please join us in celebrating by walking, or biking to school on October 9th.
